The Arctic Youth Network has several program streams designed to support youth in:
- developing as leaders in their communities
- engaging in the institutions and organizations acting in the north
- facilitating collaboration across borders and cultures.
Explore them in the tabs below:
The Arctic Youth Network Member Facebook Group is a platform for sharing opportunities, connecting with others, and learning more about what’s going on in other parts of the Arctic.
The AYN and other members post about events, opportunities, and topics of shared interest. The AYN even occasionally runs application processes for other organizations for things such as conferences and advisory boards, plus our own programs.
Join the member group, subscribe to our email newsletter, and follow along on Facebook and Instagram!
AYN Working Groups bring together people from across the Arctic and beyond to engage with specific topics.
Learning and Sharing
Working Group members work together to learn, share their experiences, and produce resources to inform others on the critical aspects of their topic. Discussion groups, webinars, conference sessions, toolkits, media content and more: working groups are on it!
Direct Engagement
Through collaborations with prominent organizations and institutions, AYN Working Groups engage directly with the processes shaping the North, participating in consultations, research projects, and advisory councils.
